ugh

I am very full. And it’s freaking me out.

What am I full of? I am very full of SALAD. Red-leaf lettuce, carrot, LOTS of celery, a small avocado, and a can of tuna for protein. Little bit of olive oil, too much vinegar (I hate making dressing with white vinegar, but it’s all I have – I usually use apple cider or balsamic). This is all GOOD, HEALTHY food. And I’m still fighting the urge to throw it up. *sigh*
